The good thing about Wipro is that TCS has not yet implemented the mandatory office work requirement like big companies like Amazon.
Employees are constantly getting reminders to come to the office. But the employees are reluctant to come to the office and work. These jobs can be done from home. Kovil states that it is the opinion of the employees that this will not affect any productivity.
On the other hand, information has come to light that 92 percent of the new recruits in IT companies are employed at a low salary of 3.5 lakh rupees per year. It is very low salary. Earlier, new recruits were paid Rs 6.5 lakh per annum.
