If you want rice, you need to know a lot about agriculture and technology. Recently, there has been a lot of news around artificial intelligence. Dol-E and SatGBT developed by Open AI Company, SatGBT integration in Bing search engine in its app Office 365 by Microsoft Company, BARD developed by Google Company, Google, Microsoft and Open AI are the important companies in artificial intelligence race.
The much awaited Google Annual Conference Meeting 2023 was held by Google on May 10, at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. The name of the conference is I/O 2023. The AI chatbot BARD is now licensed for use in 180 countries including India.
When BARD was first approved for public use in February 2023 this year, it was only accessible via a waiting list in the US and UK. There is no longer any talk of a waiting list for bards.
Starting point: In Google’s search engine, when you ask a question, after giving the required answers, Google thinks that it should also give you some other important information related to the message. The result of that thought is the app called BARD. It is a software application powered by artificial intelligence. BARD is developed by Google Company.
Bard? – It is an app that can chat with humans. Humans can type or ask their queries. BARD will give us the answer by creating human-like prose answers to the questions asked in the prompt on the computer screen.
Do you know what is the common name for artificial intelligence applications? The generic name is Generative AI. Doll-E, SatGBT, Bart are all generative AI.
Generative AI? – The computer automatically generates new text, images, video, audio, code or synthetic data etc. using artificial intelligence. Such computer systems are called generative AI systems.
What is this part app based on? – Machine learning, natural language processing techniques.
Do you know how Google gives you all this information? – If we search which town ‘Narayanamurthy – Infosys’ belongs to in Google search engine, Google gives us his town name and then some other information about him, doesn’t it? If you have one to thank, Google’s Knowledge Graph Card is the one to thank.

How does the Bart app work?
- BARD is trained on a Massive Text Based Data Set to respond in a human-like writing style.
- This BARD application uses a multi-layered neural network architecture (Deep Neural Network Architecture) and a model called Transformer (Transformer).
- What does BARD use neural network for? It uses it to (1) learn the patterns of language and (2) understand the context of the text that comes to it as a question (input) and return the appropriate response (output).
- Example 1: Crowd of people in Tiruchendur temple is like an ocean. Here the sea means a great mass of people. Not real peanuts. The Transformer model immediately notices the word “crowd” and makes this decision. It learns context by observing the relationships of words in a sentence.
- Example 2: “I arrived at the bank after crossing the river”, the word “bank” refers to a bank of a river, not a financial institution, the transformer can learn to make this conclusion by immediately observing the word “river”.
- Search the internet? While Bart can access Google’s search engine, ChatGPT does not have Internet access. ChatGPT is trained on information available only until 2021.
- Language Models: A multi-layered neural network (deep neural network) specifically Trance Parmer, which is what both Bard & ChatGPT use as natural language models.
- The language used by both is model name. Chat GBD uses the Large Language Model. BARD runs under the Google AI LaMDA language model. (In 2018, Google’s A. I Meena has now grown up under the name LaMDA, only time will confirm)
- Isn’t Google a company that constantly innovates? Here is the trailer. Soon PalM2 &. BARD can be expected to run on some other new improved language models called Gemini.
- Google made its Transformer Deep Learning Model available to the public in 2017. It is true that Google laid the groundwork for ChatGPT and other “large language models” by doing this.
- Integration: This is a major problem with other apps. A variety of Google products or third-party plugins can integrate with BARD and use BARD. Hence integration of BARD is seen as a big deal.
- Google has built a variety of ways to use BARD from apps like Docs, Drive, Gmail, Maps, and more.
- BARD will work with it if others come along: Like GPT-4, Google will provide support for other companies’ applications to work well with BARD as an add-on. (add-ons…Wolfram, Khan Academy, ZipRecruiter, OpenTable, Kayak, OpenTable)

- BARD is intended to be an automated support application for businesses that don’t have or don’t want to hire too many humans.
- As you know, many businesses are providing services through automated chatbots (ChatBots) without human assistance. The important news here is that these types of chatbot applications can be run well with this BARD.
- Image Prompting: The much anticipated image prompting in the GPT-4 release has not been successful yet. Does Bard complement this? For example, by uploading a picture of a dog below to the BARD program, if the breed of the dog is included, they have injected artificial intelligence into the software to see the picture and answer that it is BARD Swedish Lafond. This feature is powered by Google Lens, a technology that Google has developed over the years
- Something that most AI chatbots lack, such as ChatGPT and Bing AI. The Bart app can export contents created in Bart. (A good example of exporting is sending your contact names list from your phone to a Gmail email account.
- Bard is capable of generating situationally correct answers on a variety of topics including science, mathematics, history, literature and religion.
- One of Bard’s features is the ability to engage in multi-turn conversations with different people.
- All the current AI chatbot apps have chances that the answers will be wrong at some point in time.
- BARD is going to be very useful for applications like chat bots or chatbots and (b) Virtual Assistants.
- Create creative writing (creative writing), website content, (content creation) social media posts (social media posts), Bard app can.
- ChatGBT & Bart – These may suffer from issues that may not be immediately apparent in the future.
What are the special features?
- There are reports that Google has carved and carved this bard in order to answer the searches (NORA No One Right Answer) BARD Bard, only time will tell how true it is.
- Do you know how the model of this app is set up? The app is designed to reflect human writing style & human structure.
- Google is aiming to make Bard’s answers more ‘visual’ with more eyes.
- Bart constantly gets the latest information from the Internet. So the answers are based on the latest information. SAT GBT-3.5 and its new version are trained based on data prior to 2021.
- Google has a lot of experience in sorting fact from fiction and deciding when to publish safe opinions, that is, opinions that are often accepted as fact, theories, and the most accurate information available at the time.
