Hyundai Extr
Hyundai Motor is all set to launch its new micro SUV in India on July 10. The design of this car is very attractive. It is available in a total of 5 trims namely EX, S, SX, SX(O) and SX(O). It gets a 1.2 liter Kappa petrol engine. Along with this, it also gets a CNG option. It is expected to be priced below Rs 10 lakh. This car can be booked for Rs.11,000.
Dimensions
As of now, the size of the Hyundai Xter has not been revealed. But its length may be less than 3,800 mm. Whereas, the Franks measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,765 mm in width, and 1,550 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 2,520 mm. Exeter’s dimensions are expected to be slightly smaller.

The Hyundai Exter gets the same 1.2-litre petrol engine as the Grand i10 Nios. It produces an output of 82 bhp and 113 Nm. It gets a 5-speed manual gearbox and an AMT option. It also gets a CNG option. On the other hand, the Maruti Franks has two engine options. There are 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.0-litre turbocharged. It has manual, AMT and torque converter automatic transmission options.

The Hyundai Xter will be launched on July 10. Its price will be announced only then. It is expected to be priced around Rs 6 lakh ex-showroom. Whereas, the price of Maruti Suzuki Franks starts from Rs.7.46 lakh.
